This shipping policy applies to all cookware, kitchen utensils, baking tools, cutlery and home kitchen appliance orders placed on our US online store. All shipments are delivered to residential and commercial addresses within the United States.

1. Standard Shipping Timeframe


Our standard delivery processing and transit window for all kitchen product orders is 10–20 business days from the date your payment is fully verified and your order enters our fulfillment queue. This timeline includes order quality inspection, package consolidation, international transit and final US local last-mile delivery.

Delivery delays may occur during national US holiday seasons, carrier peak periods, or unforeseen logistics disruptions such as weather restrictions. We do not offer expedited express shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Cost Rules


Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your total cart weight, product volume and delivery state address. Larger kitchen items including stock pots, baking sheet sets and multi-piece cookware bundles will incur higher volumetric shipping charges, clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

3. Order Processing Period


Every kitchen product order undergoes a 1–3 business day quality check process before shipment to verify cookware material integrity, utensil completeness and packaging safety. This handling time is separate from the 10–20 day shipping transit window.

4. Shipping Address Requirements


Customers must submit complete, accurate US street addresses including zip codes at checkout. We cannot assume responsibility for lost, returned or misdelivered packages caused by incomplete, misspelled or invalid shipping addresses provided by buyers. If your package is returned to our warehouse due to address errors, you will be responsible for a secondary reshipping fee to re-deliver your kitchen goods.

5. Shipment Tracking


Once your kitchen order dispatches, we will send an email containing a unique tracking number to your registered email address. You can monitor real-time transit progress via the tracking link included in the notification. If you do not receive tracking info within 4 business days of ordering, contact our support team at +1 (406) 660-6866 (PDT 9AM–6PM).

6. Damaged & Lost Shipments


If your cookware, cutlery or kitchen gadgets arrive with visible packaging damage or missing items upon delivery, you must reach out to our customer service within 48 hours of package receipt, with clear photos of damaged goods and outer packaging. We will coordinate replacement or partial refund solutions per our Return Policy.

For packages marked lost by the shipping carrier after exceeding the full 20-day maximum delivery window, our team will launch a logistics investigation and provide compensation options following carrier confirmation of loss.

7. Shipping Policy Updates


FullmarkAir reserves the right to adjust shipping timelines, fee structures and carrier partners without advance notice. The latest active shipping terms will always be available on this page of fullmarkair.com.
